Back to Confidence School Tour
A school outreach program designed to equip young girls with confidence, self-worth, and direction through interactive sessions and mentorship.
The Back to Confidence School Tour is a structured outreach initiative by AHERI aimed at empowering secondary school girls at a critical stage of their personal and academic development.
This project addresses key challenges such as low self-esteem, lack of direction, peer pressure, and limited access to mentorship. Through engaging and relatable sessions, participants are equipped with tools to build confidence, discover purpose, and make informed life decisions.
The program is delivered through in-school visits and includes interactive teaching, real-life conversations, and safe spaces where girls can ask honest questions without fear or judgment. Each session is designed to be practical, relatable, and impactful, ensuring that participants leave with not just inspiration, but actionable steps.
Beyond the sessions, the project integrates a mentorship pipeline where selected participants are supported continuously through guidance, accountability, and personal development resources.
This initiative aligns with AHERI’s mission to promote holistic development by addressing emotional, social, and educational gaps among young girls, ultimately raising a generation of confident, resilient, and purpose-driven women.
