AHERIAHERI
About AHERI

A life navigation and support system, not only an NGO.

AHERI works where schools, families, and services leave gaps: life direction, decision making, emotional support, and finding your way through systems.

The problem

Educated but not directed. Aware but not guided.

Across Nigeria, millions of women, girls, youths, and students make critical decisions without the structured guidance they need. Schools focus on exams, and families do their best, yet systemic gaps remain in emotional health, career direction, and accessing rights and services.

Information Overload

Young people face too many choices without clear frameworks to evaluate their skills or life direction.

Mental & Emotional Strain

High pressure without accessible, judgment-free psychosocial support or trauma-informed care.

Institutional Obstacles

Difficulty navigating bureaucratic processes, rights awareness, and practical service access.

VISION

A society where women, girls, youths, and students are emotionally well, clearly guided, and fully empowered to navigate systems, access opportunities, and build purposeful, resilient futures.

MISSION

To advance the healing, empowerment, and resilience of women, girls, youths, and students by providing mental health support, life direction guidance, future-focused skills, rights awareness, and practical system navigation services.
